It is now July 6, 2009 and I feel it is time to spread the word of how fine your knives are…The weight is perfect, handles fit my hand well, and my confidence has increased now that I know they will not mistakenly slip on the food I am cutting. I feel adept at sharpening the knives with the sharpening steel. My favorite knife is your 7-inch Santoku knife which, when properly sharpened, slices through tomatoes with precision and ease.

When people come into my kitchen, everyone asks about the knives and I urge each person to pick one up and feel the heft of the Santoku. The “oohs” and “ahhs” make me feel proud to own such a set of knives. I know I am in good company when I say that the Gunter Wilhelm knives are the best. Thank you.

These knives are a work of art
