i just bought the Gunter Wilhelm 26 piece set.... OMFG!.. these knives are absolutely amazing in every way. there were shipped to my house in 4 days. the customer service was more than friendly. Back to the knives. . . the full length of every knife is razor sharp. from tip to the heel. i was checking the sharpness of them and it somehow slipped out of my hand just slightly and it must have nicked my finger because when i looked at my hand and it was cut. Great Knife Set it is the best

I wanted to drop you a line, three years after I purchased my first set of GW's I am still amazed by their overall quality. As you know accidents happen and when one of my sous chefs snapped the tip off of my knife, I emailed and poof just like that a new one was here at the restaurant.

I have the 26 piece Chef Knife Block set. Just bought this set for thanksgiving and Christmas. If money is not an issue, this is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. Highly Recommended.

In love with the knife!!

have a set of the Gunter Wilhelm 26 knife set and this set set. It is the perfect knife out there. I have owned Henckels and Global and GW are the best. A tip for guys: if you plan to buy this set, be sure to tell your fiance or be prepared to buy her a very expensive purse.
