Gunter Wilhelm Warranty Policy

Your cutlery and cookware are covered by warranty for life.  If you need a warranty  replacement please do the following:

1,  If you purchased our product at a roadshow, you may bring it back to the roadshow for replacement.

2. If not or its inconvenient, please take your broken or defective piece and box it up with a letter stating how the damage happened, your shipping address, name, phone number and e-mail.  If the damage was caused by accident, misuse or abuse, then please include a check for $15.00 for processing, handling and shipping cost for your replacement knife. If the breakage is due to a defect then please indicate this and a payment is not necessary.

The customer pays shipping back to us. We will ship your replacement within two weeks of receipt.
