Use & Care
Before first use, make sure to remove all stickers from the cookware, including the film at the bottom of the cookware (when applicable). Once all stickers and films are removed, hand wash with warm, soapy (mild detergent) water.
Hand wash with warm, soapy (mild detergent) warm water. Dishwasher use is not recommended.
Use low to moderate heat to obtain optimal heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
Use silicon utensils. Wood and non-abrasive plastic utensils are also acceptable.
Metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces as they will permanently damage the nonstick surface.
Do not allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner. This will cause permanent damage to the cookware.
Tips:
It is not recommended to use cooking spray oil on nonstick cookware surfaces as the cooking spray oil might leave a sticky film that is tough to remove with just soapy water. Over time, that buildup will reduce the cookware's performance and it is difficult to remove without damaging the nonstick surface. For cooking with nonstick cookware, try to use natural oils such as extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, or natural flavored vegetable oil. You may use a light seasoning of butter or regular olive oil.
Before cooking preheat the cookware on low heat for 20-30 seconds and then add the oil and let it warm up before you start cooking. Nonstick cookware requires low to moderate heat to achieve optimal heating properties to cook eggs, seafood, poultry, and more. After use, while the cookware is still warm (use caution to make sure the cookware is not hot as it might burn your skin resulting in injuries) wipe the cookware with a paper towel or similar to remove any leftover oils/fats. Once the cookware cooled down, you may handwash it with warm soapy water and dry it.
