    Wonderful knife

    I bought an entire set of Wilhelm knives, including the steak knives at a Costco road show sale. The are extremely well made triple tanged knives that are well balanced for easy handling. Also, they are truly beautiful to look at too. They hone easily and keep a nice sharp edge. I wanted a second chefs knife for our camper, and this one was on sale, so I bought it with the confidence of knowing that I bought a great knife that will last a lifetime.

    Awesome knife, be careful

    This knife is by far one of the best lower priced knives I've owned. It came descently sharp, and with 2 min with a sharpener it is razor sharp. I took part of a nail off the 1st time I used it. I've sliced meat, veggies, cheese, breads, and nothing stuck
