WHAT IS OUR DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS?
Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order. After processing, the following delivery possibilities are available:
- Ground delivery: arrives within 2-4 business days of shipping from our warehouse.
- Express delivery: confirmed orders require up to 24 hours of processing in the warehouse and will then be shipped 1 -2 business days.
Orders $100 or more qualify for Free Shipping. No Promo Code is needed. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipments to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states only. We do not offer Saturday shipping or delivery. Not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx for ground and 2nd day shipments. Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated time is calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation is sent.
Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain remote areas or during the holidays or unusually busy shipping periods.
You will receive an e-mail message confirming the exact delivery date. You can also check the status of your order on your MYGW account.
